WHEN TO USE?
Use Relax Essential Oil Blend whenever you need to calm down after a stressful day or prepare for restful sleep. It’s perfect for moments of anxiety or nervousness, or when you want to create a peaceful environment for children and adults alike.
HOW TO USE?
Aromatic Use: Add a few drops to a diffuser to create a calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and eases tension. This can be especially helpful during bedtime or quiet moments throughout the day.
Topical Use: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to pulse points or the back of the neck to calm the nerves and encourage relaxation. The following points are especially effective:
- Temples: Gently massaging this area helps reduce mental stress and calms an overactive mind.
- Back of the Neck: Applying here helps release tension built up in the neck and shoulders, promoting both mental and physical relaxation.
- Wrists: Applying the blend to the wrists allows the calming scent to gently diffuse as you go about your day.
Inhalation: Pour a couple of drops into your hands, cup them over your nose and mouth, and inhale deeply to help relax and reduce anxiety. This method works quickly to soothe nerves and calm the mind

Choose options

The noise doesn't switch off on its own.
There's a difference between getting tired and actually settling down. The first happens on its own. The second, almost never. Relax is made for exactly that transition — lavender, chamomile, ylang-ylang, a synergy that carries the body from "still wound up" to "finally here."
The moment the day should end, but the mind hasn't caught up yet.
After a demanding day, when the body has stopped but the mind hasn't. Before sleep, when it takes longer than usual to arrive. In moments of anxiety or restlessness, without a clear reason behind them.
Relax eases anxiety and nervous tension, smoothing the way into a gentler transition toward mental and physical relaxation. It calms the nerves, releases tightness, and helps reduce anxiety and built-up stress.
Gentle enough for adults and children — made for the whole family, not just the individual.
Four paths, one destination.

In the diffuser
A few drops for a calm atmosphere that encourages relaxation and eases tension — perfect for evenings, or for quiet moments throughout the day.

On the skin
Diluted with a carrier oil and applied to pulse points or the neck, to calm the nerves and encourage relaxation. Three points make the difference: temples for mental stress and an overactive mind, the back of the neck for tension between neck and shoulders, and the wrists for a synergy that releases slowly throughout the day, without needing to be reapplied.

Inhaled
Two drops in the hands, cupped over nose and mouth, one deep breath — the fastest way to calm the nerves when immediate relief is needed.
Three plants, one direction.
No fillers. Just the three plants that are needed.
Soft, not overpowering.
Floral and herbaceous, with gentle calming notes that build a sense of peace without ever taking over. Not a scent that announces itself — one you only notice once you realize you've already relaxed.Made for anyone looking to unwind and give themselves a gentle moment of relaxation, after a long or demanding day.

Helps in any accident
By the way, after a fall, my daughter once again had a bruised knee with visible swelling and pain when bending and straightening it. Our wonderful “Healing Master”*, which I can only give her in a mixture at night, didn’t bring any noticeable improvement after three nights. That’s when I had the idea to use “Shock/Trauma”*, since it was an accident. So I administered 3–4 drops of pure “Shock/Trauma” alternately with 3–4 drops of pure “Healing Master.”

Ideal for meditation
Temple is a wonderful addition to my meditation groups. The aroma is extraordinary, and I’ve noticed tangible progress among the participants. The meditations are more intense, and participants often gain deep insights. The difference is clear when compared to sessions without Temple.

Healing Master really is a miracle in a bottle.
If I were stranded on a deserted island and could take only one oil with me, it would be Healing Master. It’s my constant companion for minor skin injuries like cuts, bruises, sprains, burns, and scrapes, as well as for treating skin irritations and similar issues. Here’s a particularly striking example: My dermatologist pointed out that a brown spot on my face might be a precursor to skin cancer. He prescribed a cream, but when I read the possible side effects—ranging from skin lesions to seizures—I decided against it. Instead, I started treating the spot several times a day with Healing Master and Raw Skin Care Oil (okay, maybe I should take both oils with me to the island after all). And as if by magic, the spot disappeared completely within a few weeks. Healing Master really is a miracle in a bottle. And the scent is heavenly.
